Growlzn — Cancellation Policy

Some products in the Growlzn store may be available as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how you can update or cancel these types of orders.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries of your selected Growlzn product based on the duration and frequency you choose.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and are charged automatically for each delivery unless you’ve chosen to prepay.

  • Some subscription plans renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel at any time.

  • You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any point. Your order confirmation emails include direct links to manage your subscription online.

2. Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order with Growlzn, you are reserving an item that is out of stock or coming soon.

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout.

  • Your payment method may be securely stored so that the remaining balance can be charged once your item is ready to be fulfilled.

Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders:

  • You may cancel any pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled (including partially paid pre-orders).

  • Once your pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may request a full or partial refund as outlined in our Returns Policy.

3. Try Before You Buy

Some Growlzn items may be available under a try-before-you-buy option.

  • Your payment method is authorized (but not charged) before we ship your order.

  • You will have a set number of days to try the product and decide if you want to keep it.

  • If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will automatically be charged the full purchase amount.
